The customer service personal that you have is by far the sweetest person I’ve ever come in contact with in customer service. I sadly didn’t get his name but he is a Middle Ages gentleman with glasses that works the HP Customer Service desk. Please give him a thank you and a pat on the back for a job well done. That is NOT an easy job!
