Father and son. Both do a great job and both are very friendly. Started an appointment only system after covid and it takes a week or two to get an appointment so it can be a challenge if you're like me and don't think about getting a haircut until you already needed one yesterday.

I have been getting my hair cut at Adkins for over 20 years now! They know exactly how I want my hair cut and they do it right! Scheduling my hair cut is simple and very convenient. Matt is a great barber and a great person - I always enjoy talking with him while he’s cutting my hair. You will not find a better barber shop than Adkins!

Brian, the owner, and his son, Matt have developed a dedicated clientele over the years. I can't say it is officially "THE BARBERSHOP" of the High Point Police Department, but I have seen plenty of officers go there for haircuts.

Cash or check only. Exactly what a local barber shop should be. These guys are skilled at their trade. Depending on the day and time, you could wait up to an hour or not at all. It really just depends on the flow of foot traffic. No appointments are taken.
