I was so hesitant to return to a facility, and full of Covid protocol concerns. I was impressed by their attention to detail in regards to safety and was very comfortable when I saw all the things they had in place. I really just wanted a massage for pain relief in my neck and shoulders, but Tonya gave my issues some thought, and suggested CranioSacral Therapy. While skeptical, I agreed, and I am amazed at the level of pain relief and increase in range of movement I received from just one session. I am looking forward to my second treatment!

This was my first massage in years and it was amazing! I highly recommend Tonya at Hands-On Health. The only downfall is that the time went by way too fast, but I scheduled a 90 minute session before I left. High Recommend Tonya!
