The location was not hard to find. The inside was very clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and attentive except for one person that seemed to be having an off day. I didn't have any direct contact with this person but did not pick up a friendly vibe. Eric got up and introduced himself which was awesome and took care of everything. There was a mix up from my insurance company about the rental reservation. Eric was on top of it and called my insurance company and a person from the rental car company showed up to pick someone else up. Eric spoke with Heather from Enterprise and she was able to take me back to their location and get me squared away. Eric did a wonderful job of getting the process started to making sure that all my needs were taken care of without having to ask for anything. This was my first time dealing with Vann York but I can tell you that they are off to great start with getting my car fixed. I normally don't go 5 stars but they deserved it for making this a very painless situation. Thank You Eric and Vann York.

Tony took extra care to get our vehicle repaired after our accident. We were on a tight deadline and he went over and beyond talking to the insurance adjuster and the driver who hit her. I would definitely use them again for their attentiveness was amazing.
