The entire staff is friendly and professional. Dr Loveland is the best dentist I have ever been to. She makes sure you understand your treatment options and that you are comfortable and pain free during your procedure. 100% satisfied patient. Dr Loveland needs to move closer to High Point lol

Dr. Parks and the entire staff are phenomenal!!! They are all very caring and extremely accommodating! Dr. Parks is great with patients of all ages. He was so sweet and patient with my 8 year old daughter that has extreme anxiety from previous bad experiences.

Had a great overall experience with Dr. Loveland ! Even after the power went out in the office she kept the root canal moving,and finished perfectly !

I called this office as a new patient on a Friday at 4:00 with an emergency. My husband broke a tooth and was in tremendous pain. They took all our information over the phone to save time filling out paperwork in their office. Upon arrival, my husband was taken straight back and worked on immediately. The dentist ran into a problem with the tooth but was very kind and patient in dealing with husband and even worked on him past closing time. We were and so very grateful to this dentist who demonstrated such kindness and compassion to a new patient. It goes to show you that Dr. Loveland cares for patients more than just making a buck like so many other dentist's do today. We highly recommend Dr. Loveland and her staff for all your dental needs.
