(October 2, 2018, 2:10 pm)Drive thru is five star, inside is only a three. Seems there is little organization in jobs behind the counter. It may be that they are constrained by not enough employees. Seems each person should be assigned to a particular job and they do it. Cross training is good, but a person should be confident in their job description.
