  I was suffering from pretty severe sciatic pain and was diagnosed with a herniated disc, L4/L5. I was determined to try everything possible before I would get the surgery. Caitlyn worked with me for 6 solid months. I was extremely impressed and comforted by her knowledge of the anatomy and how everything ties together. She would tell me as she worked on me what she was doing, what muscle group she was working on and how it affects my lower back down to my legs. When left with no other choice and at the advisement of multiple back surgeons, I eventually opted for surgery. But there is absolutely NO WAY I would have made it through those 6 months without Caitlyn. She is an amazing masseuse and person who I could tell cared deeply about my well being. I have continued coming back to see her post surgery as well and I cannot stress how she helped me through one of the worst injuries of my life. She is the best!!

  I had a phenomenal experience with Caroline today for my Reiki session. It was unlike no other. She tailored the session specifically to my needs indicated on my intake form, from the stones used to the aromatherapy and even some of the mantras that she suggested for me. I felt such an outpour of love and caring from her. All of this combined helped me to truly heal up during a difficult time. I will definitely be back.

  I highly recommend Willow wellness! As a beginner, From day one I have felt so welcome and not intimidated by all of the Wonderful people at Willow wellness. The class offerings are so diverse, there is something for everyone! I am always challenged, grounded and refreshed when I complete a class. You will not be disappointed in this clean and most relaxing environment.

  Willow Wellness is a place of acceptance. Honestly, I used to be so nervous when I would try a new yoga studio, but Caitlyn and the team are so welcoming, genuine, and open. They help you through whatever you're going through, and provide helpful, educational advice along the way.
  
  I also have lots of old gymnastics injuries that pop up, and Caitlyn is an incredibly helpful massage therapist. She truly understands how your muscles are connected to find the root of the issue, and then provides helpful advice for you to continue to care for your body and heal it. I cannot recommend this business enough.

  Caitlyn is very impressive with her knowledge of massage therapy. She knows how to read your body so you can experience the best massage for you. It’s also a bonus that she offers yoga help keep your mind and body in shape.
  Caitlyn is professional, reliable and makes doing yoga fun no matter what your skill set.
