Amazing dealership, in my 12+ years of owning a fleet there is only a hand full of dealerships that work this great. Charles is one of those guys that every dealership would want working for them. He communicates, he pushes to make sure that the carriers are back on the road and working like the industry should. He is not your typical guy that will let the truck sit for a week for a small issue. He will handle the issue so that trucks move and the bigger jobs get done. If I could I would give 10 starts. Wow...... Nathan & Charles at High Point Whites International dealership is the best customer service you will find in any dealership hands down. They actually care about their customers unlike the ones on Interstate 40. You have gain a customer. Thanks!

I am so thankful for this place. We were having an issue with our Skoolie and contacted whites international in Greensboro, they told us it would take 2 weeks before they could even look at our bus. We decided to contact Whites International in High Point and they got us in that day and had our bus fixed and ready to go 5 days later! I am so impressed by their service, attention to detail, and just good ole hospitality. I would recommended this Whites location to anyone in the Triad area.
