Awesome workers, very helpful and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and was made aware of things before work was done. Price was much better the competition. The facility was bright and very clean.
I give 5 stars across the board.

I traveled to North Carolina to visit my son in college. I encountered some brake issues during my travels. I called this establishment Saturday morning to check availability. When I arrived I was greeted and told my vehicle would be going in within the next 30 minutes and it did. Once inside they informed me of what my issue was and that it did not call for immediate repair. I greatly appreciate the honesty and transparency. They allowed me to come in and take a look for myself. I would definitely recommend them. Keep up the great work.

These guys do an awesome job! Place is clean and orderly. Workers there are respectful. They work very efficiently at a balanced pace. Very reasonable prices they charge for their services!

I spoke with Zack over the phone a few times. I’ve had trouble with my car, not starting intermittently…Kia was not able to fix it before but hopefully they have found the problem. After listening to their findings I told them to put in a new starter.
It’s only been three days, but so far so good.

The service Rep was very inviting and helpful. She made the process a delight. Answering all my questions and allowing me to feel comfortable and complete. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was relaxing. They took Excellent care of my car and explained everything to me with no problem . It was a Great experience.
