its a pretty nice place in all honesty, Derek is a great manager who really cares about his job and the maintenance guy is really nice and works fast. I lived for the past year and some change in the newest building for single bedrooms, they were really spacious and comfortable for a single, kitchen appliances work great. downsides are the building is new and was built fast so some things are a little flimsy and sealant on doors and windows is a little lacking (on the first floor I've had a issue with large roaming spiders crawling under the porch door into the apartment the whole time I lived here. respray your doors once every week an a half in the summer to avoid this issue) and its really humid because its right next to a dam bring a dehumidifier. the apartments are also right on the border of a decent town but an area that is less nice is right down the road. some cops live here so its mitigated somewhat but there are some regularly seeming illegal stuff around if you keep your eye out. Never really feared for my life though just some weird stuff. You're also right down the street from some nice little restaurants and food lion is right there heck there's a Walgreens across the street. But overall its really not a bad place to live.

I thoroughly enjoyed living here. The rooms are spacious and the community is quiet but very friendly. The grounds are always clean. Management is pretty amazing compared to previous places I've lived. Yes, I've had issues with my apartment, but I give them 5 stars just based on how quickly and efficiently they've handled my issues.

I love the area, my neighbors and it's really quiet. would have give a five rating but i was quoted an apartment with newer amenities but when i came from another state I did not receive the upgrades (BUMMER) I really wanted the upgrade so i may only stay a year. other than that my newer manager Derek is super fantastic!! He is so welcoming and accommodating. He assists with everything quickly and never raises his voice. He is amazing!!

This community has done a complete 180° turn since I moved in almost 4 years ago. The interior upgrades have been wonderful. I used to have a rickety sliding glass door and now beautiful french doors. I love the features like chair rail in dining area and the large rooms. The courtyard is so quiet and peaceful it can feel like a huge backyard. Sometimes it's nice to sit outside and hear music from the Deck across the street. I love being so close to everything in Jamestown. I also really love my neighbors and love to stop to chat with people while walking my dog.
Kathleen is a phenomenal manager and although I don't have to contact her often, she's always a pleasure to work with and makes living there easy. I also love how quickly my maintenance requests are handled and the Kathleen's follow up to ensure my happiness with the work. I feel like they actually listen to residents on the surveys... i've seen the changes! While living through the recent construction has been challenging at times, I'm excited for the changes this community has made and is making!
