  I’ve been here over a handful of times for me and my family! There was only one time that wasn’t a pleasant experience, other then that every experience has been great service! We just came here tonight for my daughter who was having some type of allergic reaction and they had us in and out. The RN and MD were both very helpful and treated us very nice. Our daughter was smiles the whole time. If you need to go to an ER and it’s not to the point where you might die, this is the place to gi. If you need mire care they transfer you to the nearest hospital to be admitted. Definitely my go to hospital to get care fast and efficiently!! Dr Cotton-betteridge and RN Jason are the best!!

  My husband and I had a great experience here. We were seen right away, stitched up and out the door in under an hour and a half! The staff were amazing and extremely Pleasant. They took really great care of my husband. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs urgent care.

  Citrus park ER has treated me and my family with respect each time we’ve been there. This last time I went there, I woke up and couldn’t hold even water down. I spent 6 hours waiting in Saint Joseph’s ER with no help. I came here and within thirty minutes I had an iv with fluids.
  Dr Christian is the best of the best and you don’t get bedside manner like that anymore. The nurse, I believe Susan? (SB). I think she was wonderful too, pushed IV medications slow and makes sure you’re comfortable.
  I just want to thank the staff for always being reliable from the bottom of my heart. :)
