Fantastic customer service. I mentioned in an email that my first delivery unfortunately had a chip on one of the coffee mugs. Without hesitation I was told I would get another mug delivered immediately. Didn’t even have to prove by sending a picture or sending the broken mug back. Pretty impressive. Thanks.

UPDATE 9/28/22 : The Yard Sale was last weekend and it was lots of fun. It's held every 2-3 years and the prior one was just before COVID. Worth getting on the mail list to find out about this.

So amazing! I emailed pictures of my 2 silver patterns and a few weeks later (the website does say that it can take a few weeks). I received a letter with the patterns identified and the inventory listed. So today I took a ride over with a list of the pieces that I wanted. I shopped while waiting (be sure to look at the deals). My patterns are about 100 years old and the pieces were of outstanding quality. So happy this business is here!

I must say I am very impressed with my whole shopping, purchasing and delivery experience! My item was shipped to my home and was VERY well packaged and arrived in absolutely perfect condition. The piece is beautiful and really adds to my home. I have purchased other items in the past and was very happy to be able to find a replacement for a broken dinner plate. I love shopping here. There is always an amazing selection of pieces I can't find anywhere else. Everything is always very carefully wrapped for shipping. I've been able to add so many lovely Fiestaware pieces to my collection thanks to Replacements. Highly recommended!

Love the variety of items, (Christmas and Halloween shop). Staff was helpful in finding the butter dish we were looking for.
