Not only did he exceed our expectations but also provided the best customer service possible and it was absolutely above and beyond. You rarely see that nowadays. With all the issues we faced by booking thru 3rd party app, he made sure to resolve them in no time and make us happy. The most pleasant experience I’ve had in years. (April 18, 2021, 3:31 am)I used the Hertz website to book my car. I got a very nice car in the class that I ordered for a reasonable price, so I'm very satisfied. Upon arriving, I was asked about the usual up sales, but they were not overly aggressive about it. There was also just a short wait between my arrival and when I got my car, so I really appreciated that... I don't rent often, but in the past, I always used Enterprise. This time, I got a lot more for the money using the Hertz website. So, I will be checking their website first from now on. I highly recommend this service.
