(August 22, 2018, 4:19 pm)I want to say first off that Mark is a great guy! I had transmission leak, and I was unsure of the cause or source. I found Mark online and gave him a ring. He answered right away, and was polite and professional. Seeing as how I did not know the exact issue, he offered to drive out to my place outside of town and take a look. Within minutes, he was able to diagnose the issue as a broken hose fitting in the trans coolant line. I did not have a vehicle, since my truck was down, so he gave me a ride to two different parts stores until we found the parts we needed. He ended up taking me to the parts store AGAIN because we needed more fluid. Mark never complained and stayed at it until the job was done. There are a lot of guys out there, but I would recommend you save your time and money and just call Mark!
