  Quick and easy to find, they towed my totalled car and there was some discrepancy at first because of them requiring my insurance to call them but I understand they want to make sure they are paid for their service too. I couldnt get into my trunk due to it being only electronic and the tow driver even came and gave me a hand and got it opened up for me

  I was out of town and used them to pull one of our trucks out that was stuck. Owner was the one that came out and got our truck with no problem. Before them we called another company that only came out and got their own truck stuck and then said they couldn't get ours out and left. Ray Harris didn't hesitate and everyone we talked to was very friendly

  Dennis Harris was Inducted into the towing hall of fame this year (2017).. his wife, Belinda Harris was Inducted last year, and Ray Harris himself was Inducted on 2014... this is a great honor for any tower but it is almost unheard of for 3 people from the same family to all have this honor.... theses facts that can be verified by calling the International Towing Hall of Fame and Museum, should be proof enough that they do know more than most about this industry, the laws and regualtions and how every day procedures should be handled... I'm not saying they are perfect, but I am saying they are very professional, good hearted people that have always done their absolute be at to take care of our customers, our drivers and other employees.
