  Blayne and Bailey are awesome! The classes are for all levels and the gym culture is a family environment. Very welcoming. Great place to learn!

  They have lots of class times to fit your schedule. I learn something new each class and you have opportunities to train with upper belts. Also they provided great seminars throughout the year. I would recommend to everyone. In fact I do!

  Great environment for everyone regardless of their experience everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this jiu jitsu academy to anyone in the triad area.

  This has been a fantastic place for my daughter to train jiu-jitsu. Blayne and the gang spend a lot of time explaining the moves, then drilling them. You will not find a better gym than this. Plus, you or your child will learn real-world self defense, self confidence, and positive vibes in general. We'll be here many years to come!

  My kids and I have been training at this academy for about four and a half months. The coaches are knowledgeable, seasoned competitors and run a gym that promotes personal growth no matter what your level of fitness. You will not find another Jiu-Jitsu school in the the Greensboro area with this level of commitment to its students. Everyone has been very welcoming to me and my children. If you have ever wanted to learn a martial art, no matter your age, I encourage you to check out this school.
