(June 11, 2022, 12:57 pm)I want to say something that is very rare in business about this U-Haul, the people and specially the G.M. here have hearts!! The are caring and understanding. I lost my mom, fell very I'll and was hospitalized several times in the last year. They worked with me instead of just being all business and NO heart. The only thing I have left from my mom and grandmother is in a storage unit and because they have that heart I still have it. It shows that this place is here for their customers not just for the money. What other business can you say that ABOUT!!!!

But Carl took care of it by working through the lunch hour. I offered to buy his lunch and then offered him fifty bucks. He wouldn't accept either after several offers. It's been a while since I've encountered such a good man.
