(May 2, 2019, 1:56 pm)Tried to call the office to ascertain a patient number after I received an automated voice mail to call a 1-800 number. Gave me options to press a number for a returning patient and when I pressed the number I waited and then the phone system hung up on me. I repeated the directions after nine calls and got the same results. Not a very good automation system. Also, check the website to register for the patient portal. You cannot register. It only has a log in. Go figure. Otherwise, Dr. Bland is a very good diagnostician and treats her patients well.

(September 20, 2018, 11:06 am)Our visits to the Bland Clinic is always pleasurable. I accompany 6 individuals with intellectual disability to their doctor appointments. The staff is very friendly, patient, and understanding and the physicians are genuinely concerned about their well being. My individuals have been a patient of The Bland Clinic for at least 15 years or more and I couldn't think of any other physicians I would trust with their care.
