    Had a wonderful experience with Stephen when coming in with 1000 phone related issues. Have not had a customer service professional be that amazing in a while. Truly did a great job and had an amazing attitude the entire time.

    Stephen and Sasha were great. Easy transition from my other carrier. Ported over two numbers seamlessly for me. The inside of the store was super clean and sanitizer was available everywhere. People were distanced properly as well. These employees are super professional and genuinely take safety seriously. An amazing retailer for Verizon. I definitely recommend for anyone interested in joining Verizon.

    James Wade, New Garden store, was our customer service rep/technician and he provided the best customer service that I have experienced in quite some time. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, very focused on our needs, answered all our questions, and ensured we were delighted every step of the process! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars! James, you are AWESOME! ???
