  Royal Diadem really surpassed my expectations. I was nervous going to a jewelry store for repairs as I didn’t want to be taken advantage of. From the moment I walked in the door, each staff member was relational. They joked with my kids and thoroughly answered all of my questions thoroughly. They gave me all of my options and allowed me to think on what I wanted to do. They also sent me $100 off for my birthday! They used text, which I appreciate...quick and easy communication. When they did repair my ring, it looks better than it ever did before! I am so appreciative. This company and staff live out the example of Jesus that they are aiming for. Professional, patient, personal.

  Very great experience here! Staff was very nice and helped me with refinishing and polishing my wedding band and also resizing my watch. Great service, great price, and very fast! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

  These guys are the Best! I have several friends who have used them and they were extremely happy and the pieces Diadem created for them is amazing.
  So I went to see them and gave them some insight into who my wife is as a person, the things that are important to her and how I wanted a piece of jewelry to incorporate and reference these elements. They took this limited direction and used it to create a custom, one of a kind, heirloom piece that is just amazing!
  I could not be any happier, and if you are looking for any piece of jewelry, see these guys first and let them take care of you. I always felt comfortable and that my satisfaction was paramount, I never felt any pressure to purchase something I wasn’t completely happy with, I never questioned the price, I will undoubtedly be back.

  Royal Diadem makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. The staff are friendly, honest and very helpful. 17 years ago when we said "I do" they walked us through the educational process of purchasing a diamond. They take the time to help you find just what you want and to make sure you have all the paperwork and details, after the process is complete. We have made multiple purchases, including a handmade silver ring, to wear as a wedding ring back up and a great watch. Recently after 17 years of marriage, we opted for a change to an engagement ring. Brian was thorough answering questions and very helpful in making the changes necessary, to purchase a new setting for our old diamond. We love Royal Diadem Jewelers.   Brian, Erick, and the team at Diadem helped me recreate my grandmother's 80 year old wedding ring so I could hand the original down to another family member. They suggested to recreate it to the original how my grandmother received it since it was so worn. It turned out just gorgeous! Thank you for helping me honor her and bring her ring back to the beauty it was when she first received it in 1935. I'll definitely use them again! They were great to work with and are just wonderful all around.
