Panera Bread

I’ll give all five stars to anyone who had to work at this location on February 27, 2021. For those of you who didn’t get your food fast enough, sorry, but I can almost bet you survived. At least I hope so, then you can read this.

The establishment was severely short staffed. The manage and assistant manager, along with two other staff members who was sent over from a nearby Panera Bread to serve you, worked their bottoms off. You Some of the staff worked 10 hrs or more without taking a break or eating.

Customers was given an explanation as to why the floor was dirty with mud left by the dozens of soccer players that had dined previously. Anyone could see that operation was not running as smoothly as it should, yet you still managed to offer up a not so welcomed response. The energy you gave back to these young adults was disgusting, and left one them In tears by the end of their shift.

I’m not excusing your dine experience, I’m just saying, show more love and understand. You never know what someone else is going through.

Just dropped down to get breakfast and a coffee as I wait for my AAA Car inspection to be be completed. Nice place, quiet, lots of sitting space, and the service is good. Yummy dark roast coffee and a crisp croissant. What more can a guy ask for!? Ahh...the simple pleasures...

Clean facilities, food is a little pricey but delicious. Duet meal option is confusing.

Clean, warm customer service, fresh tasty menu items at reasonable prices!
