(August 23, 2020, 11:16 am)I went in this past Saturday as a first time donor. Everyone I met was friendly. The staff was competent, warm, and efficient. I didn't feel the needle stick at all! The chairs were comfortable with storage for your things. The ambient temperature was good. I recommend bringing a coat or a blanket because when receiving the last return of my cells, the saline made me a bit chilly. If you have never donated before, I recommend this place!
