Mimi's Cafe

We love this Mimi's (at Friendly Center) so much! The food is always delcious, and the staff are so perfectly attentive. Zach, our waiter, was just the best! Their cleaning protocols are excellent, and we're praying they survive this hideous pandemic.

Very pleased. This was our first time eating at Mimi's Cafe and it will not be our last. They were also following the mask mandate that's in place. Our server was very nice and friendly. My wife and I both ordered the chicken and waffles and it was great. The portions were larger then expected. 1 serving could have actually fed us both.

I give this dish a 5 out of 5. Its hard to get French toast *right* but this is a winner. Perfect texture bread, sliced strawberries and blueberries on top, nice cream cheese in the middle with a hint or orange really SETS IT OFF. The icing on the cake is the strawberry puree that's drizzled on top along with the syrup. Along with it, I ordered turkey sausage that is your run of the mill turkey sausage. And scrambled eggs, nothing special there. But I will be back and am excited to try more off the menu

I've been here a few times before and always had a good experience. Today I came for brunch. It was about 12:30pm on Labor Day (9/7/20). It was surprisingly busy. There was a small wait. We were told 20 minutes but it was more like 5 minutes. To start off, we got mimosas. I got White Peach and my bf got Triple Berry. Both were good. They have $5 mimosas on Saturday and Sundays before 2pm. For my entree, I got the bacon, ham, and sausage omelette with egg whites. It came with potatoes. The omelette was good. No complaints. The potatoes were barely warm and the texture of them were not consistent. They weren't bad tasting, though. My bf got the malted waffle. It comes with eggs and choice of protein. He got bacon and sausage (extra). I tasted the food and it was good as well. No complaints. The food came out fairly quickly. Our waiter was Nicolas (per the receipt since he didn't tell us). He was fairly attentive and we didn't encounter any issues.
