EXCELLENT customer service! I’ve been many times now and I really can’t say enough. Always have had a pleasant shopping experience when I’ve driven up from Asheboro. I’m pretty new to BB, but now I have several items and absolutely love the quality! The new shoes are very well-made and to me much better than Sperry. I don’t remember the names of the staff members who assisted me but one was a woman, and two older gentlemen. Very helpful and accomodating; instead of repairing a sweater I brought in I was given a credit, which to me is even better, I can choose something new. But I really want to thank all the staff there, they’re all very professional and courteous and know how to treat customers! Definitely go in and look around if you want some new stuff and want the classy experience of shopping there!!

Helpful staff, just not a big selection in store

I have been in the store twice, and both times received excellent service. They had exactly what I was looking for, the gentleman was friendly, helpful and efficient in finding what I needed and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience shopping here.

I was traveling on business to a client meeting and forgot my dress shirt to go with my suit. I arrived at the store around 9:30, knowing they didn't open until 10 since I didn't know the area and wanted to be there right when they opened. I was INCREDIBLY impressed when he staff saw me waiting and asked if they could help. I told them I forgot my shirt and they invited me in, immediately sized me and had me on my way 15 mins BEFORE the store even officially opened. Exceptional service to say the least.
