The team at this facility is truly amazing. They take the time to meet and know their patients. LPN Kevin is a cool guy with a perfect doctor-patient approach. I always feel as if they have my best interest in mind and for sure they do. Very pleased with this location and their outstanding team of professional front-line workers.

I have been going to Novant Northwest Family Medicine for a couple months now. I see Kevin Edelen and he is by far the best doctor I have EVER seen in my life! He truly cares for his clients and makes sure they are taken care of. Now as far as a few nurses there, they are absolutely RUDE if it wasn’t for Kevin I’d probably would have left along time ago. If you don’t like your job then find something else to do! But if your looking for a doctor then definitely see Kevin I drive 45 minutes just to go to his office

Staff are very friendly and courteous. Medical staff knowledgeable and explain things thoroughly and answer any and all questions you may have. Always an excellent experience here.
