  We stopped into the Bank of Oak Ridge late (i.e. about 1/2 hour before closing time) on a Thursday to open an account. We were busy with other errands, so weren’t able to get there earlier. Natalie greeted us cheerfully and got us right in to open the account. She was efficient and even worked around me running another errand while she was doing the setup. All in all, we appreciated her helpfulness and willingness to work with our busy schedule.

  Best bank ever. ALWAYS get personal service and well informed assistance. Customer care is obviously one of their top priorities!

  My recent experience with Brent Schroyer and Chastity Spofford at Bank of Oak Ridge resolved an insurance issue in a very professional and attentive manner. They always very polite and helpful.

  Whenever I have the need to contact Bank of Oak Ridge whether it is in person or on the phone, No matter what I need or who I speak with, my issue/question is always handled professionally and promptly. Best part??? They always speak English and I can ALWAYS understand them.

  They always treat me with respect. Go 100% to get answer , if they don't know . They are quick to respond in a timely manner. Aways pleasant. I enjoy going to Bank of Oak Ridge for business also to check on everyone . Awesome staff. I like things just as they are at Bank.
