WOW - These guys are amazing. You want to talk about customer service, these guys have it and it's at a stellar performance. For many months i had been dealing w/ a slow leak tire, constantly stopping at Sheets for air ( it's free ) :-))) to putting off going to a tire shop because of the virus. So one day i picked up the phone and called TIRE MAX ( stokesdale ) - Spoke w/a super great guy named JASON and ask the following question: """""Do you guys go out to someones house and replace a tire???""" - HE REPLIED
Yes we can do that - I WAS SUPER EXCITED TO HEAR THIS - he ordered my tire and the very next day he sent out the technician CHRIS - another super awesome guy - not only did he do everything in my driveway, but he was fast, friendly and super cool. Both guys i dealt w/ from TIRE MAX were super cool, friendly and down to earth. I'm happy i found these guys and they will earn more of my business moving forward.
