After bugging Brent all week by phone, I picked up my new Toro Titan 60" MyRide mower on Friday. Brent's knowledge and advice made it easy to make my selection. Rev handled all my paperwork and walked through the mower's features with me. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any concerns I had. I highly recommend BT South!!

(September 2, 2020, 8:24 pm)Bought my mower at another dealership and was not impressed with the customer service. Called to see if they could work on my mower because of a rat/mouse issue and they more than accommodating. Everyone I talked with on the phone and in person was very nice and willing to help out. This service didn’t fall under warranty, but I was in no way felt like I was being gouged. Helped me unload and load each time and took the time to explain what they did. I will definitely be using them for service work in the future.

(July 24, 2020, 12:51 pm)I went there in the pouring rain to get my chainsaw fixed. I had a tree on my house. When i explained the situation the guy behind the counter ran in the rain to the parts place and gave my chainsaw to them and the parts guy brought it back in 10 minutes fixed. I can’t stop a tree from falling through my house but I can be grateful for people that go that little extra mile to help someone out

First time buying a zero turn and glad I went to BT and bought it here. Competitive pricing, gave me training tips, and made sure I knew all about the machine before leaving. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality lawn equipment or repair. Wish every company had this quality of staff and products. Thanks guys!!
