“I truly don't know why this place does not get enough recognition because nurses and doctors here are amazing. I never had any issues with my appointment getting delayed/cancelled- whenever I showed up for my appointment, I was always in and out super fast and no complaint whatsoever. I've seen a couple of different doctors here but my favorite doctor is Dr. Pickens! OMG he is THE BEST! He takes time to see how you are doing, answer all of your questions/make sure all the questions and concerns are answered. I've had appointments in the past where I felt like it was a bit too fast and did not feel personable but I've never felt like that with Dr. Pickens; Dr. Pickens is the most personable and kind person you'll ever meet! And again, nurses and other staff are super nice, too. I personally don't really look forward to going to any kind of appointments(other than my hair appointment lol) but I LOVE coming to Stoney Creek women's center because I love everybody here! I highly recommend to everybody!”

“I absolutely love this dentist office. My friend recommended me years ago after other dentist offices would not allow parents back with the child. (Children die in dentist offices) I also was not comfortable not being able to be there for my child. My wait has never been long. The staff is an all minority staff of women. These women all are friendly informative, patient, consistent kind and warm with both my children and eye. And there fast once you get to the back its game on. Ive never done a review. But when I seen the reviews and stars for Dr. Jefferies office I was offended because in 10 yrs I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

Dr. Reeves is always up to date on the latest dental procedures and his office is state of the art. I called 30 min BEFORE they were supposed to be open but the owner answered, set up an appointment and called me by name when I showed up 2 hours later!!! “Before I decided to move to The Carillon I was very hesitant. Even though I knew some people here, the decision to make the transition still wasn’t easy. After meeting the very friendly and supportive staff I was beginning to feel better about. Since I’ve been here it’s been great. I’ve gotten involved in the activities offered, began getting involved in some special activities and helping out wherever and whenever I can. I’ve been made to feel welcomed and appreciated since I’ve been here. The staff is great!! The only things I would like here is a larger laundry room with a paper towel dispenser, some updated exercise equipment and a little more security. I would like to thank Nicole, Zoe, and all the front desk personnel that have been friendly and helpful since coming here. They are like family to me. Thanks also to the owners for having a facility that people can afford to Live in and enjoy. Anywhere you go there’ll always be issues but we can be there for each other and help get through them. “Both of my sons have gotten their braces from Dr. Brooks and we have been very pleased! My youngest son got his braces off today (Feb. 2021) and my oldest got his off back in June of 2020. Having experienced the the process of getting braces on/off, changing bands, breaking brackets, random questions along the way, and now retainers and caring for their beautiful straight teeth; I feel like I can give an accurate review of Dr. Brooks and his staff. We have been treated with the utmost care and each time we called his office, they were happy to help and never made us feel rushed! They ALWAYS made time for us (office visit or chat on the phone)! They are professional yet manage to give a family feel as well. My sons felt comfortable enough to ask Dr. Brooks their own questions (and to get teenagers to open up and discuss their health is saying something)! Brooks Orthodontics has been very affordable and easy to work with as well. He truly wants to make you happy and make your child have their best smile possible (and proper bite). It has been a joy to go to his office these past 2 1/2 + years and we will miss chatting with Dr. Brooks, his wife, and staff on a regular basis. If you or your child are in the market for braces, you will not be disappointed with Dr. Brooks. He loves what he does and it shows in his quality of work and care!”
