“I’d been in a rut with my workouts for a while. I was doing the same weightlifting routines and intervals on the treadmill without much improvement and I could tell my core was weak and out of balance compared to my other muscle groups. My wife does group Pilates here once a week but decided to try a session with Jarrett, which I also ended up doing. We did a full body session using mostly body weight exercises and I can say I have not felt as a good of workout in my core and legs probably ever. There was little rest between exercises so I felt wiped out afterwards in the same way I do after a hard HIIT session or a long run. I am 33 and haven’t had a consistent workout partner since college so having a trainer like Jarrett helped me remember how valuable it is to have someone else there helping to push things along. I definitely considered the session as money that was well spent and have already planned another one for next week. I’d highly recommend the same if you’re in a similar situation as what I described.”

“I absolutely LOVE Radiance Yoga. I’m new to yoga and tried several other studios before coming to Radiance, but none have compared. I started yoga to (hopefully) tackle some longstanding injuries and have felt challenged – both mentally and physically – with every class. “I unfortunately gotten into a accident the later part of January and I most certainly didn’t want to come but I must admit ,it was the best decision I could have made. He not only cares about getting you feeling better but he also cares about your longtime health. The way he took his time and explained each procedure put my mind at ease It helped made the process easier. I also enjoyed his friendly front staff she was nice ,caring and also was my personal cheerleader ,the times I wanted to give up she pushed me through the pain.They also helped me lose five pounds. “From beginning to end the staff and doctors are amazing. I have had all the doctors work on my teeth and each are great. Dr. Jon Hartley is now my primary doctor. He is knowledgeable on the most up to date procedures, great chair side manner and makes you feel comfortable by explaining procedures until you understand. He always has your best interest in mind. Bonus: he didn’t make me cry with the numbing injection???? ( I’m a whimp when it comes to needles). I would 100% recommend this clinic”
