I have contacted companies, tv ads, friend of friends, and referrals just to be disappointed by not getting callbacks or waiting for a visit that never happened. February 8, 2021, called Katherine (very pleasant/professional) answered at 8ish AM. She set up a 2-hour window visit for that date with a technician named Tommy. She shared what the fee would be per hour and supplies would be additional. Tommy called before the scheduled window and asked if he could come, which I agreed. He was professional, professionally dressed, personable, quick, explained the problem and shared a resolution if it happened again. He returned the work area back to the same as when he arrived. I am giving this company the highest rating possible. Professional quality service from the beginning to the very successful completion.”

“We struggled to find one company that could do everything needed for our early 1900's farmhouse. Tommy was able to do it all! He and his crew did our foundation repairs, repaired the porch that needed cement and stone work done, and they built an amazing deck on the back. We needed extensive foundation repairs.
