“Over twenty years ago, we purchased rugs from Abu for our entire home. We have large wool and silk rugs that are hand knotted and the most beautiful art on our floors. We have runners and smaller rugs as well. Just last year, we remodeled our home and sent all of our rugs to Abu to be cleaned and some of the fringe cut professionally. These rugs have seen much traffic, many gatherings, spills including wine, however, they have always been easy to clean and return to their beauty. The professional cleaning last year brought them back to their original luster and we continue to enjoy them each and every day. In addition, Abu is personally invested in how the rugs are placed in our home. He came personally to help place and replace furniture on them "just so"...He is a wonderful man as are all of those he employs in his business. “Glenwood Community Bookstore is now open M-SA, 12-4PM. Al is 85 and is a great conversationalist. He ran a gallery in New York where he gave Robert Smithson his first solo show and put on a Happening together. He then went into publishing and had been selling books for over five decades. The bookstore had an incredible poetry section and has a lot of gems in a wide range of subjects. The children’s books are dispersed around the bookstore - in fact Al would like some help making a children’s section! Go buy a book from Al and support this important neighborhood and local institution!”

“We have a 2010 MacBook Pro that needed a new battery and the old battery was not charging assuming that’s battery was totally dead. Brandon ordered a new battery which was the appropriate one but eventually replaced with a new one. But the new battery wasn’t charging, Brandon troubleshooted with mother board, but nothing worked. My computer was not fixed even with new battery, may be there was some other issues that Brandon was not aware. Brandon was very helpful.”
