“I see A LOT of negative reviews on here but I’ve been a member since 2010, gotten 4 different sets of tires for 2 vehicles over that time and experienced 2 different Costco Tire shop locations and I have Never had an issue. If you leave there upset I can guarantee you didn’t speak with a supervisor or manager before you left because they will always go out of their way to give you a satisfactory experience. It’s one of the busiest places in the area since they have the longest hours, open the latest ,and produce the highest volume of tire sales. Literally just talk to a supervisor or manager if there is an issue and it’ll get cleared up. Super friendly and professional people 👍🏼”

“I would like to say that i do appreciate their customer service unlike gamestop customer service. Lol. I placed an order online and for some reason once the order was placed I check my order details and noticed that for some reason my apartment # didn't show up with my address. I called them since they are located in NC and I'm in VA to see if they could edit in my apartment # and they did tell me they were going to do that for me. I was thinking they might've forgotten about it and hoping they didn't forget. They did make sure to add it in my address. It's the little things that make a big difference. If they never would've done that my order could've easily just been left at the building for anyone to take my package or get sent back by the post office. Prices are good and will be shopping with them for more retro/nostalgic games ! Would recommend to anyone looking for their retro choices...”

“My family tried Maxie B’s for the first time on my birthday. We ordered a couple of pieces of cake late in the evening not long before they closed. There was a long line to order. We tried an assortment of things, like the coconut cake, apple cake, caramel cake, and a lava cake with a side of vanilla ice-cream. The order counter was set up outside of the shop as the inside did not appear to be open. From the looks of it, the inside is quite lovely, but they have made an outdoor seating area in about 4 or 5 parking spaces just in front of their shop. We were lucky enough to find a table after we ordered, and really enjoyed the selection. The staff were very pleasant and once we ordered, it wasn’t long before our order was ready. We’d certainly enjoy coming her again. Each cake was very tasty.”
