“11/9/22...arrived 4 hrs early....push button on gate...blindside into a door. .chock both sides...go inside and check in with shipping clerk...pull the inside door hard it's sticky..I signed my paperwork and they gave me the seal...took about an hour...I got there about 4pm to a mt dock ...made the blindside easier...the lol guys came in pretty steady after that...could have caused a otr truck problems with the blindside...nowhere to park after ur loaded so b ready to leave..”

“Not only are the staff at this company all very professional and personable to talk with, their friendliness is shown in how they interact with all their customers, new and old, as well as in how they treat other like a family. Chris in sales is extremely knowledgable with a vast amount of experience working with a variety of residential and commercial grade products. He knows the manufactures ad how they have developed their product lines for over 40 years. He really "listens" to the customer about their needs and tries to match products that will be a good fit for them personally and not just trying to push them into products or price points that they do not need. Clark's also has a service department that is very capable of dealing with any type of equipment, but they most enjoy working on the equipment of their loyal customers. They have a really comprehensive service plan that not only helps extend and exceed the manufactures warranty, but also helps and encourages the customer to maintain their equipment for better performance and service life of the product. I was treated with respect and honesty even with the many questions and research that I had done other places to ensure things were matching up and I understood my options before making a major investment. The money and time I have spent with them has been well earned and a very good decision. I felt even better about my decision when the delivery went so smoothly to schedule and transition the equipment to my property during such a busy season for them. The were flexible with my work schedule and met me at our home at the agreed upon time window. Thad delivered the equipment very professionally and has an excellent caring and intuitive personality. He anticipates the questions a customer may have a thoroughly makes sure to address helpful hints particular to each specific piece of equipment and doesn't just try to rush out laving the customer to figure things out on their own. He is modest in his expertise and has a lot of skillsets of his own and isn't just a delivery man. I believe he and one other staff member do most of the deliveries and make sure they spend time going over the equipment and placing it in the right place if the customer doesn't have time to "excitingly" start using it at the moment. Thad is very thoughtful and careful with the equipment, which they deliver on a state of the art flat bed that protects even the largest tractors from scratches or turbulence along the way. That treat customers like they are longtime friends he just hasn't seen in a while and makes sure you are comfortable with the transaction, the equipment, and their Clark Farm company before he departs. The entire experience with them has been very positive and gives me peace of mind. It has restored my believe that there are still some genuinely service oriented companies left that care about each and every customers needs and don't just see you as a number and dollars in your pocket that they want push through their assembly line type of business. Clark's has an integrity and genuineness they want to uphold and keep the bar high even if certain customers aren't expecting it. They hold themselves to these high standards because that is just who they are and how they want to represent themselves and serve the community. They have earned these esteemed remarks and have given me nothing to share these comments. In fact, they never even asked me to fill out this survey; but rather I just wanted others to know about the top notch impression they made even with me comparing them with many other tractor supply stores and equipment shops. They made a huge difference in many significant and valuable areas for me and my family, especially over the larger companies and box stores who's gimmicks and promotions aren't worth trading for this type of service and assurance they are going to back up their sales and equipment. I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with this company and truly believe they will continue to earn my business and high regards.”

“Located beside Food Lion, it’s in a convenient spot! I arrived here around 8:45pm on a Friday evening to look to see if they had any exterior door locks, including a deadbolt lock. Upon entrance, I was greeted by the cashier. The cashier(s) greeted every single person who entered the store, regarding they were behind the register or not. There is like a bell type sound whenever the door is opened. I ended up browsing the entire store just to see what they had. They have a decent selection of typical family dollar items. I did not see what I was looking for. They had a deadbolt and a lock separate, but I wanted it together so that it would have the same key. Nonetheless, I saw a search protector and I decided to get it because I also needed one too.I spent about 10 mins in the store. Checkout was easy and smooth. They do accept Apple Pay, but it’s not always working, per signage.”

“Andriy responded and gave a quick and on the spot quote to do our kitchen tile backsplash. Was able to begin project quickly so that our kitchen cabinets install was not delayed. I told him the color of grout that I wanted to use and he kindly suggested a different color and thickness of grout that he stated would look softer and not compete with my new countertops. This saved the look of my kitchen!!! I am so happy that he suggested that, as most contractors just do whatever you ask. His suggestions TRULY saved the look of my kitchen. It now looks very elegant, classy and timeless. Their work is meticulous. Everyone that comes to our house comments on the quality of the tile work. We have had high end countertop and cabinet contractors come to our house and ask who did the tile work because the detail is so good. He even fixed the silicone around our sink that wasn't completed properly from the installer. They take care of your project as if it was for their own home!”

“Me and my husband bought a car from Whip Appeal a little over a year ago now and the only thing we've had to do to is change the oil and break shoes. As a matter of fact we are getting ready to purchase a 2nd car from them with great confidence. I gave the car a pretty good test drive came back with a few questions and had one of the mechanics come and spend almost an hour with me personally going over every thing I had a question or concern with and he did so happily. I do not know who verb is perhaps he is the owner but I know him as Kevin and more honest friendly helpful flexible and caring person you cant ask for nevermind one who sells used cars. The whole bunch up there are genuinely great group of people. I would recommend them to anyone”

Food Lion is so much cheaper and even the Lowes 10 minutes away has cheaper prices. I can only imagine the amount of product that is wasted verse lowering the prices to compete. I only go in if I need a few items, not to do my grocery shopping.”
