The only thing I was disappointed in was that I had called to follow up 2 or 3 times on both my payment and my case, and left a message with another employee for Toni to return my call. I never received a call back. However, I did receive a close letter the day after my court case with information that I needed. I would recommend this law firm. I would also suggest that phone calls be returned when a message is left.”

The order process is simple but I highly recommend calling and speaking with them to avoid order mistakes. I personally gave them the size of the blinds and they build them as if the measurements were for rough opening. This was my mistake. This is why I highly reccomend speaking with them before submitting a large order. They helped quite a bit with an oops reorder but calling and speaking w ith a live person will avoid mistake.
