He went out of his way to help track down quotes and aide in retrieving some information for my vehicle that wasn’t even in his specific realm. Took my vehicle to the dealership to be serviced, initially, and it came out worse than when taken in. Mr. Kufre assessed my situation and car, provided some guidance and we got right to business. Very upfront, honest, professional, and punctual! Quoted me a price, we set an appointment & the work was completed as & when he said it would be. Car running better than when got it off of the lot and back from dealership. Offered some very insightful and beneficial information - to now as have had a chance to do my own due diligence; he is very knowledgeable in his field and craft. Discovered another issue upon doing a courtesy inspection - and didn’t attempt to push any further services on me pertaining to the issue and actually made recommendations of a resolve in case was interested to take it elsewhere for a second opinion or to be fixed. So could be prepared and know what to inquire about specifically. Certainly goes the extra mile. Have recommended and will recommend. Very thorough.”
