“I have lived at Granite Ridge for over a year. I have absolutely zero regrets regarding moving here. The staff is friendly. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue they have been prompt to fix it. The grounds are very well kept. The staff organizes community events. The clubhouse and pool area are very nice and always clean. I love the fact that it is a diverse community. All of my neighbors that I have come in contact with have been friendly. The gates sometimes do stay open. I think it may be due to the wind. Either way, this is minor to me. I have not seen any bugs but specifically roaches in my apartment. The location is perfect. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants to choose from. Also, it’s not too far from the highway. I do no want the headaches that come along with homeownership. As long as things continue going as they have been, I plan to be here for many years to come.”
