“Overall quiet with low crime. The only downside that I find is thegrounds are typically covered in litter from the residence and even more frequently by people who do live here. The maintenance people do their best to keep up however they are pretty over overrun by it considering the volume. If the residents did a better job themselves this complex would really be something. The only other downside is that the office is only open Monday through Friday. This makes package retrieval very hard.”
