We had a mix up because our dr office sent the order to the wrong facility. Valley Radiology called to get the order and were able to fit my father in last minute. Absolutely awesome people.
Love Valley Radiology. Always receive prompt care and caring professionals who know how to make you feel comfortable. Have been on at least 5 occasions and have always had wonderful care, even in finance, which is rare if you pay out of pocket. They always follow up and send messages before your appointment and deliver a personal approach. Highly recommend…especially near Harnett County.
I cannot recommend Valley Radiology enough. They were fantastic from start to finish. From the front desk greeter to the mammography tech, everyone was professional, efficient, and made me feel so comfortable. I love the small town feel vs the highly congested offices were you are only a number. I highly recommend and will be using them for all my future visits. Make your appointment today!
Our 16 year old daughter is special needs. She is severely autistic and is at the cognitive level of a 2 year old. She is nonverbal and can get frustrated because she cannot communicate. This makes any kind of medical appointments very difficult, not only for her, but for us and any medical staff involved. The staff at Valley Radiology were absolutely amazing. I called before hand and explained our daughter's special needs, Christina took charge and set up an early morning appointment and took all of my daughter's information over the phone, she told me she would have two technicians available to take our daughter's x-rays. She did not disappoint, we checked in with ease and got us to the x-ray room. The two technicians, Candace and Brooks, were so kind and helped us to cater to our daughter's needs with as little disruption to her as possible. They were caring and gentle with her and got her x-ray in one shot. We have been taking our daughter to specialists and doctors for 16 years and as she gets older it gets so much harder, but my husband and I both agree that this was one of the easiest visits we have had for our daughter. Thank you to these three beautiful and kind ladies. Thank you from all special needs parents. I cannot tell you enough how grateful we are for your kindness to our baby girl and to us.
