Allgood & Healthy is such a great addition to downtown Angier. This has quickly become my favorite place in Angier. Stop by for a protein shake or loaded energy tea! There is so much variety in flavors, you will be sure to find one that is perfect for you. The owners are a great couple that are willing to answer questions and help you with your health goals!

Amazing place to get a healthy option on the go! Don’t forget to ask them about their level 3 teas!!! They give you all day energy without the crash! Love the atmosphere! Love the people! Definitely worth a stop.

I absolutely love this place! The loaded teas not only taste great,but they give me the energy I need to make it through my day. The shakes are delicious! You can't even tell they're healthy since they taste so good!

This is my happy place. I come here any time I can, even if its just to sit an enjoy the atmosphere for a few hours. You never see someone that isn't in a good mood and the vibe of the place is makes it impossible to be anything other than happy and content. The teas and shakes give me energy and I've found that drinking them regularly makes my body feel so healthy! My body is so thankful for all the vitamins and protein. (It doesn't taste like horrible chalky protein either.)

They’ve got energy teas, smoothies, shakes, and coffee drinks too. Plus, they really go beyond just serving food, and have a real focus on weight loss and health coaching as well.
