Dunn location very pleasant and well maintained. Sales personnel was very helpful and courteous. Wheel alignment guy did an awesome job on tractor. I would recommend their business to anyone in need of good honest work at a good price!! They save me alot of money today!! Thanks to the awesome work crew!!

My experience was actually with an employee named James. After filling my tank at a gas station early in the morning, my car would not start and I needed a jump. I asked the ONLY other person at the station for help. Thank God that person not only was willing to help without hesitation but he was a mechanic named James! He was so friendly and kind! In addition, James gave me sound advice on what to do next. If this employee is any reflection of Black's Tire and Auto Service, I know where I want to go from now on!

EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! We called to schedule for someone to come to us, they came right when they said they would!! We got the tire changed and we were ready to go all in 10 minutes or less!! All thanks to our technician they sent to our rescue, Chris!! He was very friendly, fast, and very effective!! We appreciate all your guys' help!! 💯🙏👌
