  I can't say enough great things about Deep Well. I had some very specific goals and challenges so I opted for personal training. I have had great results in strength and endurance as well as overall muscle definition. Justin is great with coming up with challenging workouts that push me and keep it interesting. He listens to me when I have some movement issues and adjusts as needed to make sure that I get the most out of the workouts. I have seen wonderful improvements and love the environment there. Do yourself a favor and quit making excuses and give Deep Well a chance. There is a program for everyone. Thanks Justin!

  Attentive, well educated coaching staff and great gym community make Deep Well Athletics a great place to call 'home.' Oh, and get in a great workout! If you're new to CrossFit, looking for a new gym or just dropping in, you won't be disappointed here. Challenging workouts programmed to various skill levels, there's something for everyone, no matter your skill level or age.

  Love, love, love this place! The coaches are all knowledgeable and truly care and want to see you reach your goals. All of the members are friendly and immediately welcome you in to their gym family.

  Deep Well is absolutely amazing. They are our second family. We get so much encouragement from the coaches and other members, while achieving personal goals. It is a well run box and I would recommend it to everyone. If you haven’t tried CrossFit yet, just give it a shot. I think you’ll find that it’s more than just a gym...it’s a place where you can achieve your fitness goals while having fun with lifelong friends!

  Deep Well's Well Fit program has been an amazing experience. This workout spot is extremely accommodating and never intimidating. They challenge you but are always there to support you. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are a part of a family which makes you want to be there! All skill levels can feel welcome… it's amazing how they do it!
