Jimmy and Kim helped me, a complete stranger to the place as this was my very first experience with these guys, above and beyond.
We had an emergency to boot. I needed a certain muffler for a Honda V Twin 20hp from a water jetting machine. Every day we are without this machine, costs us hundreds if not thousands per day There were 6 types of freaking mufflers! Jimmy painstakingly called and verified exactly what we needed. Even coming outside to stick his head into our equipment to get the RIGHT serial #. There are several, to our annoyance.
Overnighting it so we lose one day max to install. Thanks guys for the tremendous service!
