Ok I'm gonna revisit my review an Juss say it was abug misunderstanding,they actually don't take your money if your the back up,an if u do happen to pay online an let them know when u talk to them,they will give u a refund, unfortunately,I did not get the home an was upset,natuarlly I left a nasty review cause I felt ripped off,but I didn't tell them over the phone I paid,cause of I would of,they would of gave me refund,so big thank you for the nice lady that called me this morning,hopefully it will all be squared away,you guys have a great day
