Called him in the morning to get the oil changed and he said sure so we dropped it off and came back a few hours later and it was done. Most places want you to schedule a time well in advance - not Lakepoint Auto. They are very customer focused. Thanks.

Rob really cares about his customers and it shows it the service provided. I will never go back to the dealer for service
