I had my first lesson with Dinah today. In a short time she showed me a few things to work on. Right away, I was swimming more efficiently. I am looking forward to practicing these techniques and coming back for more. Thanks Dinah.
Thoroughly recommend Coach Dinah as a swim and triathlete specialist. She is extremely patient when explaining areas of improvement and also provides comprehensive video stroke analysis which is extremely helpful. Facilities are also very well set up with the option of in house endless pool or open water swim in the lake. I can’t speak highly enough of Dinah and noticed an immediate improvement in my Swimming.
