I have used Maria and team to clean my Lake Norman rental property for 3+ years, and I can tell you that they are the best. Their standards are cleaning are very high (and I am a picky guy) and my guest always comment on how clean and fresh our place looks when they arrive. Honestly, I have not received one complaint.....they truly do a great job!

Maria and her staff are top notch. The cleaning of our townhouse is always perfect. Our home at Lake Norman is a vacation home and not occupied all the time. We just give her a key and everything is taken care of. Five star honest and trustworthy. We highly recommend.
Maria and Nelson have been with my family for as long as I can remember, like a part of the family. They are the kindest most honest people/business to have in my home.
