9Round Mooresville

I've always had to force myself to workout. I never want to go but always feel much better after I do. 9Round makes it easy. Great workout in about 30 minutes. Our trainers are very good. I especially like the boxing portions of the workout. It's a great stress reliever. I may never get in a ring but I leave feeling like a champion. I also saw good results in about 6 weeks, getting to my lowest weight in over 5 years by combining exercise and tweaking my diet. And that was only going twice a week. My goal in '19 is to work up to 3 days a week and see how fit I can get before I turn 55 in March. BTW- I had two heart stents put in in 2017 and going to 9Round hasn't done anything but make me stronger.

Who actually looks forward to working out? Well I can say I did not....BUT 9Round actually makes it great! Yes...I'm exhausted....and sore...and don't think I can do it. But Diane and her team are encouraging and make sure you know exactly what to do and how to do it. It is 30 minutes of nonstop awesomeness! Would recommend to anybody and everybody!

Trainers are awesome! I have the most experience with Mona and Sam and they are amazing! Very thorough and they both are great at showing you the ropes...and jump ropes. Great job!

Very upbeat and fun workout. I felt that I burned a lot of calories and worked up a good sweat!
