Worth every cent, and then some!
I absolutely love love LOVED time here. Dr. Lauren is amazing and simply BRILLIANT at what she does. She just GETS IT. Within 24 hours I felt she truly understood “me” and what I was dealing with. By day 2 she had pin pointed the sources of my problems and by the end of my stay I had a stepwise and practicable plan in place for going forward. For me, she was a lifesaver.
I admit I was nervous when it came time to leave.... nervous that this hope for change would be just that - a fleeting feeling- but it was not. It was a real turning point in my life and I cherish every moment spent at Appx retreat ❤️ THANK YOU DOC : ) !
