  Outstanding all around! Jon did a fantastic job with a repair of my air handler. These folks are honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable of their craft. As a veteran and business owner myself, I understand service. Give this local company a chance, they'll probably save you money and provide a better value in their service.

  We are very pleased with the services we received from Troutman Sheet Metal. They installed a new hvac system and changed our duct work. David was very up front with the issues we had and staff was very friendly. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

  Great people they went above and beyond to help us. Andy, Russell and Dave are amazing skilled and hard working. Can’t thank these guys enough for taking care of us. Highly recommend TSM.

  David has installed and worked on our split unit in my office and he has also helped trouble shoot and fixed our main unit. As a trade professional in the Interior Design field, I have worked along side other heating and cooling companies and I am here to write this review to say that Troutman Sheet and Metal, are hardworkers, trustworthy, and stand by their work. David knows his field and works hard to provide excellent service from the initial call to performing the service. Small business owners need to be supported because they will work extra hard to gain and retained your business. If you hire TSM, you will have a family owned business that will treat you professionally better than what you would expect.

  The heat recently went out in the house and I could only do rudimentary repairs thanks to my previous experience in maintenance. It was enough to identify a likely cause, but not quite enough to be certain and the suspected part would have been difficult for me to order, especially to receive in a timely manner.
  After having Troutman Sheet Metal come out to look at it my suspicions were confirmed, and they had to order the part. The happy ending is that the part came in even quicker than I had been told, and they came out to replace it the day it arrived. Furthermore, the repairs were cheaper than expected, and the service call itself was cheaper than any heating and air company I have ever dealt with. In addition, I asked around out of pure curiosity, and most companies charge double what I paid for these repairs.
  I am very satisfied with the quality of service as well as the value.
